Shipping rates depend upon the total weight of your order and method of delivery that you choose. Street addresses are required to ensure proper delivery for online orders. We do not ship to commercial addresses (Hotels, Motels, Office buildings, etc).

 If you do not have a street address (i.e. PO Box), please call us at (301) 309-6902 or email us at customer_service@rockvillesoccer.com for assistance. 

For delayed delivery or lost packages, please contact the shipping service provider associated with the tracking number (USPS). Rockville Soccer is not responsible for delivery service delays or lost packages. Holiday Shipping guidelines are set by the service used. Please refer to those services for time frames.


USPS Ground Delivery 

Please allow 1-10 calendar days from the date of order for your package to arrive (excluding US holidays and weekends). Orders generally ship the next business day, subject to payment verification. Business days do not include weekends or US holidays.  Please refer to the shipping service used for Holiday time frames as they will be different from normal business days. 

USPS Priority

Orders placed on a business day (Monday-Friday) prior to 1 P.M. Eastern Standard Time will ship the next business day, subject to payment verification. Orders placed after 1 P.M. will ship the following business day, subject to payment verification. Orders processed on the weekend will ship on the next business day (Monday). For local delivery Please allow 1-3 business days for your package to arrive once it leaves our Distribution Center. Anything outside of the local delivery area (District of Columbia, Maryland Metro area, and Northern VA) will add additional delivery time to be determined by USPS. Business days do not include weekends or US holidays. Items purchased on Saturday, Sunday or a Holiday, will ship on the next business day. Please refer to the shipping service used for Holiday time frames as they will be different from normal business days.
